IK Multimedia is seeking an experienced Artist Relations Manager with a passion for pro audio and music technology to help expand our reach within the recording industry. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience working with a leading pro audio or musical instrument brand, and a proven track record of successful artist partnerships and collaborations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with professional recording artists, producers, and influencers
- Develop strategic partnerships to promote IK Multimedia’s recording products
- Organize artist-driven campaigns, events, and endorsements
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align artist feedback with product development
- Represent IK Multimedia at key industry events, festivals, and trade shows
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in artist relations within the pro audio/music instrument industry
- A solid network of industry contacts, especially with recording artists and influencers
- Proven success in driving partnerships that result in increased brand visibility and sales
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
Preferred Qualifications:
- Deep understanding of the music production and recording ecosystem
- Familiarity with IK Multimedia products and the broader recording gear landscape
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, creative environment

Online Advertising Specialist
Location: US
|
We are looking for an Online Advertising Specialist to joint the IK team. The ideal candidate should have a firm understanding of the basics of online advertising with Google, Facebook, Amazon or similar platforms, strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience in the musical instrument market is a big plus.
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Execute and monitor ad campaigns for various IK products and campaigns
- Analyze and optimize ad campaigns to increase return on investment (ROI)
- Use Google Adwords, Merchant Center, Facebook for Business, Amazon AMS or other advertising platforms as needed
- Analyze web traffic with Google Analytics and advertising and help optimize pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns
- Manage and suggest improvements for text, display, and other digital campaigns across multiple devices
- Develop PPC strategies to increase online visibility
- Collaborate with a team of marketers, product owners and product managers
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Degree in digital marketing or a related business field
- Ability to handle multiple projects at once is a must
- Knowledge of Google Ads, Google Merchant Center, Microsoft Advertising, Google Analytics, and / or social media advertising
- An understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM)
- Competency using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to produce reports and presentations
- Google Ads certification a plus
- Experience with Amazon Marketing Services a big plus
- Experience in / knowledge of musical instruments and recording a big plus

Sales Program Assistant
Location: US

We are looking for a Sales Program Assistant to join the IK sales team to assist our sales staff to support our reseller network. We are looking for a hard-working, detail-oriented individual to facilitate a wide variety of tasks, including sales reporting and analysis, compiling and maintaining reseller forms, maintaining and coordinating calendars and related activities.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Review and consolidate sales reports for analysis and reporting on trends and results.
- Analyze account performance and review with sales executives to create new programs.
- Compile new product setup information and monitor reseller websites for accuracy.
- Analyze remote inventory and compile forecasts & create shipments as needed.
- Monitor and enforce MAP compliance with resellers.
- Maintain marketing & promotional calendar and coordinate dealer marketing.
- Analyze and report on dealer marketing activities and results.
The position will involve interaction with a wide range of consumer and music resellers. The ideal candidate will be interested and willing to develop strong knowledge of these accounts and how best to support their sales and marketing needs.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Excellent written & visual communication skills and facility with MS Office and Excel. Photoshop or Illustrator a major plus.
- Excellent coordination and time management skills are fundamental to this position.
- Ability and willingness to work in a team.
- Self-motivated and able to work autonomously.
- Multilingual is a plus.
- Understanding of music technology and the mobile market is a plus.
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central or other e-commerce platforms a big plus.

We are looking for 4 experienced Product Owners to join the IK team for each of the below market segments:
- guitar software, amplifiers and effects
- virtual instruments and keyboard products
- Pro Audio, mixing and mastering and monitoring
- Mobile Accessories
This person would help develop and execute marketing strategies, communicate and coordinate plans with our team, and measure and report on results, across a range of products in their category. The ideal candidate would have at least 5 years experience in a relevant segment in the musical instruments market, experience in product or project management, a strong attention to detail and the ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects at once. A strong knowledge of the musical instruments industry and a passion for music is a strong plus.
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Analyze products and market data
- Analyze user and demographic data to establish marketing profiles
- Design and execute marketing strategies in support of multiple new products
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure strategies are executed properly
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators
Qualifications and Requirements:

- At least 5 years experience in a relevant segment in the musical instruments market in marketing or sales

Sales Account Manager
Location: US

We are looking to expand our sales team with 1 driven salesperson to support our retail partners. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated individual with experience in business-to-business sales, extensive audio and video sales experience, and solid interpersonal skills.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Work with existing retailers to create programs and training to support sales
- Monitor account performance to hit monthly and yearly sales goals
- Research and contact prospective new accounts to recruit new resellers
- Analyze account and territory performance to set, monitor and achieve sales goals
- Visit accounts to present new products, train staff and review sales with key personel
- Attend trade shows and events to meet with customers and resellers
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Background in music technology, computer audio, video production or related fields
Key skills / experience:
- Strong knowledge of the national retail market for musical instruments, photo/video products or consumer electronics
- Excellent communication skills, written and oral, with ability to communicate clearly and sell effectively
- Willingness to work hard to hit goals and deliver exceptional service to partners
- Detail-oriented and ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
- Ability to travel as needed
Experience in some of the following areas would be beneficial but not essential:
- Previous history working in retail environments or for retail organizations
- Familiarity with iPhone, iPad and Android devices and accessories
- Spanish language a plus
