Thank you for being an IK customer. If you’re looking for the latest firmware for your IK hardware product, all firmware updates are available inside the IK Product Manager.
It's a simple process. Download and launch IK Product Manager. If you haven't already, register your hardware inside the app.
Next, go to the Hardware tab and open the Drivers/Firmware tab below your registered IK hardware product.
There, you’ll find the latest Firmware Updater, guiding you through the process.
