Furthermore, IK Multimedia's MixBox impresses with its well-thought-out concept and ease of use. The more than 600 well-arranged presets provide a good starting point for further processing. It's extremely easy to put together and save your own channel strips too. Moreover, the standalone version works flawlessly and in particular, live performers can profit a lot from this feature as it's not necessary to use any additional DAW. This saves computing power and money. In terms of sound, this plug-in offers very high quality. Professional users will, in any case, get their money's worth. All in all, IK Multimedia's MixBox is an intuitive and well-thought-out plugin bundle that should not be omitted from any hard drive."

"Die 70 verfügbaren Prozessoren machen durch die Bank einen hervorragenden Eindruck. So finden sich nahezu alle Plugins, die für heutige Musikproduktionen benötigt werden, in diesem Bundle – sauber und übersichtlich in Kategorien sortiert. Außerdem überzeugt die IK Multimedia Mixbox durch ein durchdachtes Produktkonzept und eine einfache Bedienung. Die über 600 gut sortierten Presets liefern einen guten Ausgangspunkt für weitere Bearbeitungen. Jedoch ist auch das Erstellen und Abspeichern eigener Channelstrips kinderleicht. Auch die Standalone-Variante funktioniert tadellos und vor allem Live-Anwender dürften von diesem Feature profitieren, da keine zusätzliche DAW vonnöten ist. Das spart Rechenleistung und schont den Geldbeutel. Klanglich bewegt sich das Plugin-System auf einem sehr hohen Niveau. Professionelle Anwender dürften jedenfalls auf ihre Kosten kommen. Alles in allem handelt es sich bei IK Multimedia Mixbox um ein intuitives und durchdachtes Plugin-Bundle, das auf keiner Festplatte fehlen sollte."
